Bookkeeping
When your monthly transaction volume is small, you could engage us on an annual accounting basis to reduce accounting cost through proper documentation documents at your end. Alternatively, you can consider our monthly or quarterly accounting support.
We will gather all financial data to prepare the annual financial reports for reporting and annual filing to authority. We will organize for management reporting indicating the profit and loss account for each month as well as for year-end balance sheet, and cash flow, and a complete set of working papers and ledger reports.
Annual Un-audited Financial Statements
As part of regulation requirements, our accountants will prepare un-audited annual financial report (To be eligible for un-audited reporting, company must have less than S$10 million in revenue and/or assets and/or less than 200 employees) in accordance to local accounting standard and file your tax returns.
To help you safeguard your cost, we can provide a range estimate because the actual amount will depend on the volume and complexity of your transactions. This estimate is valid only for companies that are eligible to file un-audited accounts.
Tax Return
We will prepare Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI) within 3 months from the end of your financial year.
A tax computation is a document that outlines the adjustments made to the accounting profit in order to determine the taxable income for filing. These adjustments encompass expenses that are not deductible, or non-taxable receipts, that are not subject to tax, additional deductions, and capital allowances..
Your company should prepare its tax computation annually before completing its Form C-S/ Form C-S (Lite)/ Form C by 30 November of each year.
GST (Goods and Services Tax) Filing
Companies with revenue above S$1million must be GST registered. GST registered companies are statutorily required to do quarterly filling, which we can support.
